  • Calls are reviewed by the Vice President and the Operations Manager regularly.

  •  INNtegrate and Alliance Wireless Communications distributes performance questionnaires to our clients, in order to receive comments / suggestions for their particular business.
  • An internal Award of Excellence for “Telephone Receptionist of the Year” occurs each December. This standard of  monitoring our staff ensures that we are providing our clients with the high quality, professional service they expect and deserve.
