How do I get more information?
Answer: Everything can be done over the phone.  We will be more than happy to answer your questions and promptly fax or e-mail you a quote.

Will I incur long distance fees Call Forwarding from my location to yours?
Answer: Absolutely not.  INNtegrate will provide you with a 1-800 # for Call Forwarding purposes so you do not incur long distance fees.
 
How do I know My Calls are being handled properly?
Answer: Each and every call is digitally recorded for quality control and can be provided to our Clients upon request for their own evaluation. In addition,  INNtegrate also provides a service called Voice Record.  This feature allows our customers to actually listen to the call as it occurs.  This ensures that our clients are satisfied with the service their customers receive from INNtegrate..
 
How can your Operators provide details about my Inn?
Answer:
INNtegrate will carefully customize your account.  We circulate an account criteria sheet to our new Clients which include questions such as;
Do guests have their own bathroom or is it a shared facility?
Is there a telephone in each room? Do your quests have access to the internet?Can their dietary needs be accommodated? eg.  Vegetarian, low-sodium etc. 
Any additional information, directions etc will be added to your account so we can fully assist.  If we cannot answer their question we will simply take their evening and day time phone # and tell them that the Inn Keeper will be contacting them ASAP (or warm transfer the call directly to you).
 
How do you know when to answer my calls ?
Answer: There are a number of methods by which INNtegrate can answer calls on your behalf by way of features you have installed on your phone number. Standard call forwarding which allows you to control when you would like us to handle incomming call. There are also automated features that allow us to answer if your  line is occupied or if it rings more than a programmed number of times.
 
Can I be billed in Canadian or US dollars?
Answer: Absolutely. Your invoice can be sent to you in Canadian or US dollars.  
 
Is there an advantage to dealing locally?
Answer: We make it seamless!  We ensure that we have accurate directions to your business, and answer any questions which would be covered in your frequently asked list and we will even be able to send your callers directions to your business from anywhere in North America!

What happens if one of my Guests receives an Emergency call in the middle of the night and the line is forwarded to Inntegrate?
